The picture may be a bit of an exaggeration, but the point of the picture is that a lot of companies haven’t taken advantage of some of the wonderful technology that exists for managing employment.  Professional Employer Organizations, PEO’s are a great solution to bring your business employment technology platform up to date.

PACE Conference 2015

Many of the people in the PEO Industry still think PACE is something you dip your chips in. 

PACE, is the acronym for “Professional Administrative Co-Employers, PACE is one of the PEO Industries associations.  The association is considerably smaller than NAPEO (National Association of Professional Employer Organizations), but the meetings are always interesting and informative.

This year’s annual meeting will be held in beautiful Charleston South Carolina, April 26th – 29th, 2015.  You can see the PACE Conference Agenda by Clicking on this Link. 

I always get as much out of socializing with the attendees, as I do out of the conference itself.  Over the years I have made several great friends, both at PACE and NAPEO events, and if you haven’t attended either or both annual conferences, do yourself a favor and put it on this year’s bucket list.
