Well, it isn’t an invention.  However, a PEO (Professional Employer Organization), is a fantastic vehicle for businesses to use to manage employees.  The PEO industry has been around for years, and it hasn’t grown at a pace that one would expect it to.

Let’s all try to focus on changing that.  I know both of the PEO industry associations are talking about putting more effort into promoting the industry, and so are we. 

The PEO concept is a simple, cost-effective solution to assist employers in the management of their employees.  Personally, your friends at, believe it’s been the best solution available and continues to be the best solution. 

Here’s the first phase of our plan 1)  Identify PEO’s and where they are located, 2)  Provide a national listing of PEO’s to simplify the search process for employers looking for a PEO 3)  Continue to educate employers on the value of using a PEO 4)  Collaborate whenever possible in promoting the PEO Industry.

To start with, is offering a free standard listing for all PEO’s in the PEO Directory on  It’s FREE, complete the “List Your PEO” form by clicking the button below. 

To qualify for the free listing, the PEO must complete the PEO Listing Form.  Each PEO will get one listing, PEO’s with multiple locations must list their headquarters or primary site.

Once the PEO Listing Forms are received, the PEO listing will be active within three to five business days.

2018 is an exciting year at, with this change in our approach on PEO listings, and our combined marketing efforts with our PEO partners to “Grow the PEO Industry” through education and marketing efforts. 

Our goal is to find quality PEO’s who share the same enthusiasm for the PEO Industry and combine marketing efforts to introduce the PEO concept to the thousands of business that haven’t had an opportunity to learn about how a PEO can benefit their companies.

Less than two months ago we started on our “Build a Better PEO Network,” and we are on our way.  It all started out when we discovered that there is a need for “A Better PEO Network.”  What’s “A Better PEO Network”?  Well to start with, we want a place where everyone can come to find a PEO (Professional Employer Organizations).  Not just PEO’s that are part of a specific association, or group, but an awesome site where every PEO nationally and internationally can be listed.

Ultimately our goal is to help promote and grow the PEO Industry.  Although the PEO Industry has been around for several years, it’s far from reaching its potential, and we’d like to see it continue to grow and to grow at a fast pace.

Check out our listing map below; the map highlights the first PEO’s to sign up in their state.  Several of those states already have multiple PEO’s listed in them.

Is PEO a scary word?  Not so much.

Yet many of the PEO’s that exist in the country seem to be opposed to using the term frequently.  PEO’s – Professional Employer Organizations have been around for since the 80’s, some would say longer than that. 

However, yet, it appears that many people in the industry are afraid to use the term. 

So then the questions arises, why haven’t PEO’s gained the market share that they should have?  It’s simple, use the word, promote the term, grow the industry – PEO.

To clarify a few things, once again a PEO is a Professional Employer Organization, they offer a fantastic service to businesses of all sorts and sizes.  A PEO allows a company to focus on their business while the PEO manages the day to day administrative duties of employment for the business.  PEO’s are just a better way to handle employment. 

PEO’s help employers consolidate the processes required to manage employment, including Human Resources, Workers Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and more.
