The new employment website lets hiring managers experience some of the same qualities a job seeker might reveal in an interview, but before the investment in a live interview, shortening and solidifying the hiring process. The new site also features employer video profiles that enable companies to stand out and showcase their corporate philosophy and culture so that job seekers can be sure to find the perfect fit. FutureResume.com executives say that no matter how many resume postings candidates may have on other sites, they will still come to FutureResume.com because it really is “the future of first impressions.”
